Terms & Conditions — PassEBE

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of passebe.com and any purchase made on the platform. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller

PassEBE is operated by Oscar Simonis, a student based in Belgium.
Contact: support@passebe.com

2. Product description

PassEBE provides digital study materials for first-year EBE (Economics and Business Economics) students at Maastricht University. Products include:

  • Online course summaries written by a student who completed the same courses, viewable directly on the platform.
  • Exam-style practice questions per course.
  • Downloadable formula sheets.
  • Online quizzes accessible via your PassEBE account.

All content is created independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Maastricht University.

3. Accuracy of content

PassEBE summaries are based on the course material as it existed during the 2025–2026 academic year and are updated for 2026–2027. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content perfectly reflects the current exam syllabus. The summaries are a study aid, not a substitute for official course materials.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. PassEBE does not store your payment details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Delivery

Access to purchased content is granted immediately after successful payment, via your PassEBE account. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, contact support@passebe.com.

7. Refund policy

All sales are final. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds as a general policy. However, if something is genuinely wrong with a file (corrupted, incorrect content, technical issue), contact support@passebe.com and we will fix it promptly or issue a refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights under Belgian consumer law.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the content immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon access. This is clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

9. Intellectual property

All content on PassEBE — including summaries, practice questions, formula sheets, and quizzes — is the intellectual property of Oscar Simonis. Purchased materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share content with others (including via shared drives or messaging apps).
  • Reproduce or publish any part of the materials online or in print.
  • Use the content for commercial purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account without refund.

10. Limitation of liability

PassEBE is a study aid created by a student, not a professional educational institution. We make no guarantee that use of our materials will result in passing your exams. We are not liable for any academic outcomes, losses, or damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts found to be sharing purchased content.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. For consumer disputes, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
